According to staff members at Crescent Moon Studios, Shakira does not have her own email account as of yet. It is possible to send email to her webmaster through the Interactive page of her Official Website; however, I have never gotten a reply from him / her, and I doubt that Shakira will ever read any mail sent to that account.

I've also been told that fans should NOT send anything (regular mail or email) to Crescent Moon Studios for Shakira, and so your best bet will probably be to send it to Estefan Enterprises and hope that she gets it!
